  Kentucky Fried Chicken, a.k.a. KFC is by far, the world's second-largest restaurant food chain next to McDonald's.  More often than not, we find ourselves craving for a bucket of fried chicken.  We normally visit the KFC located in Temecula along Highway 79.  The drive-thru option is quicker in our opinion.  The workers here are articulate and efficient.  There has never been a time, in our experience, that the wait in the drive-thru took longer than 10 minutes, at any given day and time.
  
  The employees are friendly and courteous.  We also feel that safety and cleanliness are a top priority in the establishment.  Each time we visit, we constantly see workers through the register window, wearing hair/beard nets and hand gloves.
  
  This KFC is well-stocked and we have not had the moment to where the place ran out of fried chicken of choice.  Our favorite to order is the original KFC recipe, half original and crispy drumstick and thigh.  The blend of herbs and spices make you crave for some more.  Also, look out for deals; the 10-piece chicken feast for only $19.99 is the popular choice.

  I just bought three chicken tender meals from this location (04232019) and the meals were pure crap!! The tenders were over cooked to the level of armor plates. I see why this KFC has two stars. First and last visit to this poor managed location.

  This is the slowest drive thru I have been at I have been in the line for 30 min then I get up to get my food and they have run out of thighs. I am not happy

  My wife and I have always loved kfc and this location has never been near the best ones we've ate at. The service is good and the employees are courteous and helpful. But the quality of the food here has really not kept up with other locations, since this is a dual site with long john silvers. I decided to try the fish. Bad idea, it is worse than the chicken, it was over cooked to the point of being dried out and it had to have been fried in old grease because it was a dark brown and had burnt oil smell to it. I've been disappointed for the last time at this place. Hope they can fix their problems.

  I do not understand why this restaurant can not be consistent with giving us the original recipe chicken. It is hit and miss there. We get original chicken twice a month and sometimes it is that. Tonight I think we got flavorless lightly coated  fried chicken from some other recipe not the Tasty original. The chicken was moist but the sparse coating was dark and slightly crunchy with no flavor at all. Blah. Maybe we will pass for a few months.
